The Morgantown office opened in 1988 and led the firm’s first geographic expansion since 1928. With an initial focus on litigation, the office has expanded to include leading practices in all of the firm’s core areas.
The office is proud of its long history of supporting causes important to its clients and community such as the Morgantown Area Economic Partnership, United Way of Monongalia & Preston Counties, Mylan Park, WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital, Rosenbaum House, and Scott’s Run Settlement House, along with several other state and national trade and industry associations. The office is well known for its active community support providing pro bono legal services and volunteer hours for important charitable organizations located throughout the region.
