Biography
McKenna Meadows focuses her practice in the areas of energy litigation and cybersecurity. In her litigation practice, McKenna represents a variety of Appalachian-based oil and gas exploration and production companies in individual and class actions involving asset ownership, leases, and royalty disputes. As a member of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Team, McKenna has drafted data privacy and security policies, procedures, and notices for commercial and consumer-facing clients in the education, retail, and financial services industries.
As a native West Virginian, McKenna is committed to advocating for her home state of West Virginia and helping clients stay abreast in the ever-evolving landscape. Clients appreciate her compassion, driven nature, and attention to detail as she helps clients understand and navigate complex issues. When not working with clients, McKenna enjoys traveling to National Parks.
