Biography

Elizabeth Tannon focuses her practice in the area of business litigation and has extensive experience in the areas of information management and electronic discovery. She is a former in-house counsel to a medical technology company and served as a trust officer for two major banks in the Louisville area.

Performed large-scale document review for a multi-national corporation faced with serial products liability litigation
Reviewed and analyzed electronically stored information for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality in multiple business litigation matters related to trade secrets and theft of proprietary material by former employees
Prepared deposition material for witness preparation and performed extensive research to assist in defective medical device litigation
Assisted clients with the implementation of records retention programs and conducted audits to ensure compliance
