Heather G. Graham

Biography

Heather brings 14 years of energy experience to her clients and is trained in mineral title work, curative work, mineral and title transactions, and land transactions.  She has represented coal and oil and gas companies, developing relationships with her clients and serving as their primary point of contact.  Heather is well-versed in the legal documents that energy companies require to operate, including purchase sale agreements, leases, right-of-ways, and road maintenance documents.

Heather’s energy experience also translates to ancillary estate work for mineral owners in West Virginia where she assists individuals in the transfer of mineral titles.

Representative Experience

  • Prepared an estate plan for a client which included complicated oil and gas holdings in multiple West Virginia counties. To finalize the estate documents, a thorough multi-generational title search and affidavits of heirship were completed to correct the chain of title and protect the assets for future generations
