Robert L. Bailey

Biography

Rob Bailey’s practice primarily consists of commercial litigation, general civil litigation, appellate law, and advising clients and other lawyers concerning difficult questions of legal compliance. In 1986, Mr. Bailey earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the West Virginia Institute of Technology with a minor in Mathematics and a focus in electronics engineering. He then operated his own company providing scientific computer programming services for clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. After a 15-year career as an entrepreneur, he earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University in 2000.
