Alyssa L. Isenberg

Biography

Alyssa Isenberg focuses her practice in energy litigation. She has experience in drafting title opinions for oil and gas companies and preparing and reviewing contracts and deeds for individuals and title companies. Her background also includes reviewing documents in public records to determine ownership and identify legal risks. She also has experience working for companies as a regulatory compliance attorney.

She earned her law degree from Penn State Dickinson Law where she was the Managing Editor of the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation. Alyssa earned her Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. Her clients appreciate the experience she brings to the table and her dedication to help them through complicated litigation.

  • Representing commercial transportation company in a contentious defamation lawsuit involving a disagreement between business partners

  • Represented food service client in a multi-million dollar government contracting dispute
