Aimee Majoue

Biography

Aimee Majoue focuses her practice in commercial and complex litigation matters, including securities and administrative, and regulatory dispute and compliance. She is also a qualified mediator in the state of Oklahoma, with experience assisting clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums.

After a valuable foundation in law school where Aimee was named the 2018 Oklahoma Bar Association Outstanding Senior Law Student of the Year, and the 2017 Regional Champion of the American Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Competition that led to her being admitted to The Order of Barristers, Aimee launched into the practice of law with intentionality in providing quality legal representation to her clients and actively engaging in community efforts and access to justice. Since beginning the practice of law, Aimee has been awarded the Oklahoma County Bar Association Leadership in Law Award in 2022 and the Western District of Oklahoma Federal Bar Association Pro Bono Award.

  • Successfully expunged numerous criminal records for clients seeking new employment

  • Successfully represented a mother in a grandparent visitation rights trial
  • Defended dog welfare and animal aggression cases in municipal courts
  • Serve as outside general counsel for Oklahoma-based car dealerships, including managing collections
  • Represented families on behalf of their minor children in appeals to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority
  • Represented families on behalf of their minor child related to injuries to their child
  • Represented pharmacists before the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy relating to licensure and compliance
  • Represented nurses before the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing relating to licensure and compliance
  • Represented professionally licensed individuals in appeals and judicial review proceedings in connection with protecting their professional licenses
  • Advised clients on compliance with noncompete, nonsolicit, and confidentiality agreements
  • Represented property development companies against harmful water diversion claims involving complex engineering facts and property right disputes
  • Negotiated resolutions to compliance actions before the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision
  • Represented licensed professionals before Oklahoma’s licensing boards
  • Defended insurers against breach of contract and breach of good faith claims
  • Appealed various cases to the Oklahoma State Supreme Court and to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Successfully represented a cannabis business in a trial for a breach of contract action
  • Represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions
  • Represented indigent clients in Oklahoma City’s Homeless Court
  • Advised and navigated ERISA fiduciary requirements for clients
