Biography

Hameed Yusuf helps natural gas E&P companies secure their drilling rights in both Texas and the Appalachian Basin. His friendly, responsive, and accessible approach is an asset that clients value. With more than a decade of mineral title experience, he has extensive experience assisting clients in the preparation of drilling title opinions and conducting due diligence reviews for the acquisition of oil and gas interests for major oil and gas developers.

Prepared abstracts and performed due diligence review for a major E&P company related to their acquisition of millions of dollars’ worth of fee and leasehold properties located in multiple counties in Ohio
Prepared abstracts and performed due diligence review for a private equity-backed E&P company in conveyance of multi-million dollar properties in Ohio
Examined mineral ownership and drafted title opinions on tracts of land located throughout Texas
Performed stand-up and due diligence analysis and provided curative measures on mineral title
