Biography

Scott focuses on providing legal support to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care providers against negligence, abuse, wrongful death, and malpractice claims and has secured numerous victories in trials and appeals across state and federal courts. He also assists clients with general liability matters.

Scott is admitted to practice in all state courts in Kentucky and West Virginia in addition to being admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
