Kim Kelly represents clients in litigation matters, with an emphasis on business and employment disputes. Kim works with employers and human resources professionals on employment issues, helping to conduct internal investigations, leading human resources trainings, and collaborating with clients to define goals and implement legal strategy through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation.
