MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Owen T. Gray has joined the Energy Department as an Associate in Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Morgantown office. His practice focuses on providing mineral title and due diligence services.
Owen’s background includes research and compiling data, drafting lease agreements and contracts, and providing chain of title for surface rights and coal rights. Outside of his legal practice, Owen helped to co-found a West Virginia non-profit organization called Test Strips Save Lives Foundation, which aims to prevent drug overdoses and deaths in his community by raising awareness and promoting harm reduction tools.
He received his bachelor’s degree and Master of Public Administration from West Virginia University and his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
