Mark D. Myers

Biography

Mark brings over 20 years of experience to his litigation clients. Mark’s defends businesses in contract, insurance, real estate, and securities disputes. He guides business owners through settlements, mediation, arbitration, summary judgment, and trial as necessary. Mark previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Larry A. Burns, including during Burns’ tenure as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California’s Chief Judge. He also served as an appellate clerk for the Honorable William J. Holloway Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

In addition to his practice, Mark is a frequent presenter, educator, and publisher on several legal topics and issues. He has taught classes in Civil Procedure, Remedies, and Constitutional Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and has given lectures on common law and the American legal system.
