Biography

Elizabeth (Beth) has over 25 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of business and economic development projects with an emphasis in public finance, municipal bonds, and corporate law. Beth has advised nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, health care facilities, and local government entities, and has served as counsel to trustees, underwriters, and commercial banks, working closely with managers and administrators in both the public and private sectors.

She has handled complex multi-million-dollar transactions and finance projects. In addition to her public finance practice, Beth has experience in facilitating complex commercial transactions and private placements. Beth is adept at negotiating business documents, including trust indentures, loan agreements, letters of credit, escrow agreements, guarantees, resolutions, and legal opinions.
