Daniel Baker Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Charleston Office

CHARLESTON, W. Va. – Daniel Baker recently joined the Charleston office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as an Associate in the firm’s Business Department.

Baker helps clients achieve their business goals, by counseling them through entity formation, financing and other transactions, as well as general business and contract matters. He has managed many state and federal filings including air permitting, tax-free alcohol permitting, and business dissolutions filings with the Secretaries of State of West Virginia and Delaware.

Baker also has experience in master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property agreements, statements of work, contractor and vendor agreements, novation agreements, and manufacturing agreements.

He earned his law degree and bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.
