Representative Experience

  • Defended a major retail grocery store/pharmacy in federal multi-district litigation filed by over 1,000 government subdivision plaintiffs and numerous state court cases filed by State Attorneys General and government subdivisions
  • Co-lead counsel defending large pharmaceutical distributor in more than 3,000 opioid lawsuits in state and federal courts nationwide; responsibilities included the removal of state court suits to federal court for transfer to the MDL proceeding
  • Defended multiple tire manufacturers in consolidating product liability cases in Texas state and federal courts
  • Team member appointed as a member of the National Pharmacy Committee –a group of attorneys representing the country’s largest pharmacies in the nationwide multi-district litigation on opioids
  • Managed high-stakes pharmaceutical, multi-district litigation for over 100 matters in Ohio
