Bennett Z. Tuleja

Biography

Bennett brings a well-rounded approach to representing health care providers and companies in professional liability matters in state and federal courts. He is experienced in drafting pleadings and motions, memorandums, complaints, interrogatories, jury instructions, subpoenas, written discoveries, coverage opinions and demand letters and has written briefs for cases involving personal injury and civil rights. Bennett has helped clients across the country with insurance and employment disputes.

Bennett helps clients navigate contract negotiations and complicated business disputes including claims of non-payment, delay, acceleration, and allegations of defective construction. He has represented steel fabricators and other parties on large construction projects and has represented one of the nation’s largest correctional health care providers with professional liability and medical malpractice claims.

Outside of the courtroom, Bennett enjoys watching Kentucky basketball, Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He also is a talented chess player and watches and plays baseball.
