Nahley practices mineral title and energy real estate law from the firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia. Nahley has many years of experience serving the energy industry as an attorney and independent landman.

Nahley is adept at leading teams that handle high-volume drafting of title opinions and mineral reports. He conducts and leads due diligence projects, reliably calculates royalty and net revenue interests for any type of matter, and represents clients in complex litigation of various real estate matters. Nahley’s experience as an attorney and energy industry professional covers multiple states including Alabama, Florida, Ohio, Mississippi, and West Virginia.
As a native of Alabama, Nahley earned his law degree from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery and his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University. He followed his love of energy work to West Virginia, where he resides with his wife and three kids in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
