Steptoe & Johnson Grows Litigation Practice in Texas with Additions of Guy Swartz and Jordan Barbo

DALLAS – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce the arrivals of Guy W. Swartz as Of Counsel and Jordan C. Barbo as an Associate to its Litigation Department. Swartz will practice in the firm’s Collin County office and Barbo in its Dallas office.

For more than a decade, Swartz has represented businesses, including one of the world’s largest beverages companies, in commercial litigation cases. His clients rely on his outside-the-box legal strategies and his ability to take on difficult cases. Swartz earned his law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Barbo defends businesses and insurance companies in premises liability, products liability, construction defects, and automobile and trucking accidents. He works with clients to develop innovative and tailored solutions to meet their needs and deliver favorable outcomes. Barbo earned his law degree at Tulane University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree at The University of Texas at Austin.
