Amy M. Smith

Biography

For over thirty years, Amy Smith has practiced in litigation, concentrating on appellate, business, energy, and class action litigation. Ms. Smith has a broad range of litigation experience in both state and federal courts. She has appeared as counsel of record in several class actions and other complex cases in state and federal court, including gas royalty litigation, oil and gas leasing litigation, and gas pipeline litigation. She is the leader of the firm’s Appellate Team.
