Biography

Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Andrew Smith’s unique combination of critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity.  Andrew routinely utilizes his critical thinking and curiosity to uncover and research the problem and his creativity to develop a solution. Andrew thrives on successfully resolving matters for his clients, but he understands that “winning” doesn’t mean the same thing for every client, and he is sensitive to developing defense strategies that fit with the client’s risk tolerance and business goals. 

Clients consider Andrew the first line of defense when they have a legal need. His clients are from a variety of industries, but primarily from healthcare and manufacturing. He has assisted clients with medical malpractice, labor and employment, premises liability, and personal injury.
