    Biography

    Betsy Spellman is the Senior Advisor, Marketing of Steptoe & Johnson.  She participates in strategic planning and directs the firm's business development, marketing, and client service efforts to achieve the strategic goals of the firm.  She works with a team of marketing and business development professionals who help attorneys build relationships through client focused activities.

    Ms. Spellman guides the firm's thought leadership efforts, develops branding strategies and coordinates the development of client-focused teams to strengthen client relationships and enhance the profitability of the firm.  She created and manages the firm's client feedback program and acts as the "voice of the client" for the firm.
