Biography

Focusing her practice in the area of energy and mineral title law, Andreah’s work is foundational to the success of clients in the oil and natural gas and coal industries. Andreah’s arsenal of experience includes drafting full title opinions for oil and gas and coal drilling operations to commence, drafting division order title opinions detailing the ownership percentages of mineral rights in a producing oil and gas well, conducting due diligence work to evaluate the marketability of clients’ assets, abstracting title for oil and gas and coal title opinions, and preparing various documents related to the acquisition of oil and gas and coal interests. Placing the utmost importance on attention to detail and informed decision-making, Andreah is determined to deliver accurate and high-quality work to her clients. In practice, Andreah believes in the importance of a kind and understanding approach to every matter, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and pride in her work product.

Representative Experience

Conducted abstracting work and title examinations of oil and gas in the Appalachian Basin and the Pittsburgh coal seam in West Virginia and Pennsylvania for dozens of oil and gas and coal clients
Examined, drafted, and issued hundreds of title opinions for both held by production and newly leased acreage in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania
Examined, drafted, and issued hundreds of title opinions for the Pittsburgh coal seam in West Virginia and Pennsylvania
Drafted and issued division order title opinions for oil and gas production units totaling thousands of acres in Pennsylvania
Performed due diligence by assisting in evaluating and determining the marketability of client’s assets for energy transactions in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio
Managed attorney and abstracting teams for clients obtaining oil and gas assets in Ohio in preparation for creating oil and gas production units
Conducted various research projects for dozens of clients regarding questions pertaining to oil and gas and coal interest and concerns, and subsequently drafted memorandums and client alerts
