Biography

Bobbie Conklin leads the firm’s Business Development team and works closely with lawyers to advance their client development efforts. Working hand in hand with the S&J Marketing Team, she supports attorneys across the multi-state footprint of the firm. Advising attorneys, client teams, and practice groups in expanding legal services and developing strategies for targeting key clients, Bobbie focuses on growing client relationships and promoting cross-selling efforts. She is a trusted coach, valued mentor, and enthusiastic idea generator.

Bobbie leverages a variety of tactics when working with attorneys, including individual and firm-wide education, client engagement, and one-on-one coaching. Bobbie has a passion for working with associate and lateral attorneys to ensure their successful integration into the firm.
