Biography

Brittany O’Saile practices in the firm’s Employment Litigation and General Litigation practice groups, defending civil claims in both state and federal court. Brittany provides guidance and practical advice for clients navigating complex civil litigation. Brittany is diligent in her practice, and she prides herself on adaptability. Brittany stays abreast of legal changes, advises clients on compliance, and strives to serve as an advisor even prior to litigation. Brittany is passionate about her practice, clients, and community. Brittany spends her free time volunteering in the Charleston community, visiting family and friends, and walking her two dogs – Artemis and Tobias.
