Biography

Daniel represents clients in all stages of litigation. He has extensive experience managing discovery, drafting pretrial motions, handling oral hearings, mediations, and trial preparations for state and federal litigation cases.

Daniel has previously handled construction defect cases and also has defended multiple personal injury cases including worksite injury, premises liability, trip and fall, trucking and motor vehicle accidents. He has handled over 30 depositions. He also co-authored a petition to the Supreme Court of Texas regarding a multi-million dollar fraudulent investment matter.
