Daniel Boothe

Biography

As a lifelong West Virginian, Daniel prides himself in serving the people of his home state. Daniel focuses his practice in civil litigation. He has experience in drafting complaints and indictments, motions, briefs, case evaluations, pleadings, and contracts. He also has conducted research on relevant case law, statutes, and applicable laws and legal precedents related to litigation cases.

Daniel’s experience includes a public service externship where he worked at a general counsel’s office at the National White Collar Crime Center. In addition, Daniel previously clerked at another law firm and the county prosecuting attorney’s office.
