Biography

Darren S. Harrington focuses his practice in the areas of occupational safety matters and employment litigation. Darren has been recognized as one of the top employment lawyers in the U.S., and his 20-plus years of experience make him an asset to his clients. Harrington has an extensive background in representing employers in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) matters. Additionally, he has experience representing companies in trade secret and Fair Labor Standards Act matters, anti-discrimination cases, and traditional employment and labor litigation.
