Grace focuses her practice on energy law with an emphasis in mineral and title property. Grace was a former summer associate at Steptoe & Johnson where she gained valuable experience researching complex oil and natural gas and coal issues for clients. She has experience in litigation and transactional work including abstracting for oil and gas title opinions, drafting full title opinions for oil and gas and coal drilling operations, and preparing demand letters, complaints, and motions for summary judgment. Grace’s diligent attention to detail is instrumental to the success of clients in the oil and natural gas and coal industries.
