Biography

James focuses his practice on complex litigation and tort matters. He has significant experience defending physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other health care providers in alleged medical negligence cases. He has represented Fortune 500 retail and food service industry corporations in tort matters. He also has experience in business litigation, employment litigation, and defending government agencies and municipalities. James advises business owners regarding non-compete and employment matters. He is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.
