Jeffrey Brahan brings more than thirty years of legal experience in a broad array of litigation matters to his practice. He has successfully tried cases in both State and Federal courts and has extensive experience in complex and multi-party litigation, as well as arbitrating disputes related to the construction industry. He has vast experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documents of all types, and providing day-to-day counsel for an array of issues for clients involved in all aspects of the construction industry.
Jeffrey is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
