Biography

Jen Trippett serves as the Director of Professional Development at Steptoe & Johnson. In her role, Jen leads the design and delivery of comprehensive development programs that support attorneys and staff at all stages of their careers.

She is dedicated to cultivating a culture of continuous growth, offering innovative and practical solutions to build skills, increase engagement, and optimize performance across the organization. Whether through continuing legal education (CLE), coaching and mentoring, or tailored training initiatives, Jen empowers individuals and teams to achieve their professional goals.

Based in the firm’s Morgantown, WV, office, Jen spends her free time cheering on the Mountaineers and traveling with her family.
