Biography
John Dulske’s experience includes advising federal, state, local government contractors, and quasi-governmental entities on the procurement process, contract administration, contractor investigations, contractor suspension/debarment, claims preparation and processing, and contract termination. Mr. Dulske is a litigator who has successfully represented owners, contractors, and governmental agencies in a variety of construction disputes. He has litigated in both state and federal courts both at the trial and appellate court levels. He has also represented a number of clients in claims before various administrative boards. Mr. Dulske represents clients in federal grant administration, investigations associated with the use of federal grants, and audits related to federal grant funding.
John’s clients value his pragmatism, perspective, and broad experience in the government contracting area.
Representative Experience
- Represented the Base Operations Support Services contractor on the island of Diego Garcia in the British Indian Ocean Territory, where we uncovered a procurement fraud scheme perpetrated by the contractor’s Singapore procuring agent. Obtained a $50M judgment against the procuring agent and successfully handled the subsequent insurance claim
