Jordan focuses his practice primarily on defending businesses and insurance companies in premises liability, products liability, construction defect, and automobile and trucking accidents. He supports the development of litigation strategies that are consistent with clients’ strategic and commercial needs.
Jordan has experience managing various stages of litigation and collaborates with colleagues and clients to develop innovative and tailored solutions to deliver favorable outcomes.
In law school, Jordan assisted on two successful trials when he served as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth.
