Jordan focuses his practice on employment and products liability litigation, bringing rich experience in legal research and writing, and preparing motions. He is experienced in drafting trial and deposition outlines, reviewing and analyzing voluminous document discovery, selecting expert witnesses, and preparing Daubert motions.
In addition, Jordan serves on the team that is national counsel to major retail pharmacy in a multi-district litigation related to opioid litigation where he has conducted extensive research and analyses of complex state and federal controlled substance regulations.
