• Provided legal advice and services to a high-growth, fast-paced public oil and gas exploration and production company on a wide range of legal issues including corporate compliance, corporate governance, employment, procurement, litigation, and environmental compliance
• Assisted in the negotiating and drafting of several large corporate M&A transactions, including a $130 million sale of water services subsidiary to public utility and a $120 million purchase of Marcellus shale assets
• Lead a corporate M&A transaction of more than 300 conventional natural gas wells across seven counties in Pennsylvania and New York
• Managed multiple dispute resolution, arbitration, including royalty claims and litigation matters assisting counsel through discovery, drafting and filing of pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation
