Her experience includes effectively briefing significant oil and gas cases across Texas, Ohio, and Oklahoma, and providing valuable insights for annual case law updates. Katelyn uses her background as a former law clerk and landman to assist clients with chain-of-title research for commercial pipeline projects and in drafting and negotiating right-of-way agreements. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
