Laura H. McConnell-Corbyn

Biography

Laura is a seasoned, established trial lawyer with nearly 40 years of experience. She advises and defends corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals on a range of issues including complex, high-value commercial and domestic litigation, labor and employment disputes, property division, and all facets of family law, including changes to estate planning and prenuptial agreements. She also meets the needs of clients who have complicated and closely-held business structures and guides them through corporate and tax issues, particularly those involving separation or divorce actions.

Laura is a reliable advocate who works to meet her clients’ needs through mediation, arbitration, settlement, and if needed, in trial. She has extensive experience in both state and federal courts and ensures to understand all facets of a dispute so she can protect each client’s best interests.
