Luke A. Helms

Biography

Luke Helms builds his practice on the knowledge that each day and client interaction present a new learning experience. He enjoys the variety that his work affords him, having dealt with litigation matters related to business operation and acquisition disputes, construction, real estate, oil and gas, mortgages, secured lending, and more. This variety has taught Luke how to approach his work as a jack-of-all-trades prepared to efficiently and effectively learn about fields relevant to successfully resolving cases for Oklahoma clients – whether it be a successful professional disrupting the market with innovative ideas or products, a well-established business known in the community for maintaining longstanding client relationships built on reliable service and trust, or anything in between.

In his practice, Luke strives to comfort and strategically plan with clients during their complex litigation issues. Clients rely on him to help them understand the impact of legal matters they face during the course of their work. Luke tailors his work to achieve outcomes most desirable to clients, which range from sending a demand letter to enforce obligations or protect rights, obtaining a favorable settlement during the middle of a case, or taking claims all the way to trial.

In his free time, Luke enjoys traveling (19 countries and 23 states down, many more to go), trying new restaurants and recipes, movie nights with friends, preparing studies for his Sunday School class, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
