Nathan S. Catanese

Biography

At the core of Nathan Catanese’s practice is the belief that people and relationships matter, and there is no greater success for him than advising his clients through complex situations. He enjoys unpacking the details of complicated issues and devising solutions for the betterment of his clients and their goals.

Nathan focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable giving, tax-exempt organizations, and other tax and corporate matters. Armed with a deep understanding of the practical needs of business owners, Nathan assists clients in wealth succession planning and advises nonprofits and religious organizations in formation and governance matters. He frequently counsels clients in their planned charitable giving and provides assistance in the creation of private foundations.
