Biography

Nick works with clients through the full lifecycle of an intellectual property matter. From trademark clearance and filing strategies, to demand letters, enforcement and motion practice, Nick provides clear and concise legal counsel every step of the way. Nick’s heightened attention to detail, docket management talents and courtroom prowess make him a great addition to the firm. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Western District of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the District of Connecticut.

  • Prosecute trademark filings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office
  • Manage international trademark portfolios via the World Intellectual Property Office and local counsel
  • Represent and support clients with respect to federal litigation including trademark, copyright, trade secret, advertising, unfair competition, and defamation claims
  • Litigate trademark disputes at the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including terms of service, end user license agreements, and privacy policies
