Biography
Patrick focuses his practice on litigation with experience representing clients in multiple different counties across Kentucky and Indiana, as well as the federal courts of both districts in Kentucky. Patrick has participated in all pre-trial levels of civil litigation and has experience in front of arbitration panels from both Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Patrick has also participated in settlement negotiations where he has helped clients achieve successful results without the time and expense of litigation.
During law school, Patrick had the opportunity to work with a federal district court judge, the local U.S. Attorney’s office, and both a large and small law office. These experiences gave Patrick insight into both criminal and civil practice at the state and federal levels, the chance to research a variety of legal issues, and the opportunity to draft orders, decisions, and motions under the guidance of respected and accomplished attorneys.
Patrick has a strong desire to help others which is reflected in his dedication to his clients. Patrick worked as a youth minister serving middle and high school students for over a decade prior to his career as an attorney.
