Biography
Paul focuses his practice on natural resources law and mineral title examination. With a background in oil and gas law, he is experienced in transactions and litigation in the areas of water law, zoning, and land use. He has performed title examination and prepared oil and gas title opinions covering fee, state, and federal lands across Colorado, North Dakota, and Wyoming.
Paul’s title opinions offer a comprehensive analysis of relevant title issues and include a clear plan for resolving these matters. He works to provide clients with top notch transactional and litigation services.
Paul has given many presentations on real property and mineral law issues to various organizations, including the presentation of papers at the 2007, 2015, 2019, and 2024 Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (n/k/a Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law) Special Institutes on mineral title examination.
