Peter LeBlanc

Biography

Peter focuses his practice on corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, commercial real estate, entity formation, and general transactional matters for businesses. While in law school, Peter completed a two-year internship as in-house corporate counsel for an international manufacturing company. The experience shaped an understanding of both short- and long-term business planning in areas such as trade, product liability, data privacy and employment law, as well as the impacts of legislation and regulatory guidance.

Prior to law school, Peter worked in banking and risk management, serving clients in the United States and Europe. Peter’s financial background gives him a unique business perspective and advantage, enabling him to deliver high-quality solutions for the diverse needs of his business clients.
