Peter A. Shadid

Biography

Peter is a trial attorney who focuses his practice in family law and many other areas of general litigation.

Beginning his career at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office, Peter tried over 20 jury trials to verdict. He also presented oral arguments and submitted a brief to the Court of Criminal Appeals in two separate cases—both of which resulted in unanimous decisions for the State of Oklahoma.

Since transitioning into private practice, Peter has continued to bring his clients success in the courtroom, as well as in mediations and negotiated settlements. He has aided clients in varying and often high conflict litigation arising from divorce, child custody, business valuations, employment disputes, guardianships, estate litigation, probate, and more.
