Randal M. Whitlatch

Biography

Randal (Randy) brings nearly 20 years of experience in assisting manufacturers and businesses across diverse industries in navigating complex legal landscapes and disputes. He advises a wide range of domestic and international clients, particularly in the automotive parts manufacturing, metals fabrication, mining, oil and gas, health care, and life sciences sectors.

Clients count on Randy to vigorously defend them in domestic and international litigation regarding contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unfair competition, trademark, real estate, and tort-related issues. He also handles cases involving mass toxic tort and product liability issues, class action lawsuits, and handling medical monitoring claims.

Additionally, Randy keeps a pulse on global supply chain updates and trends, so he can better assist clients on related business issues.
