Richard brings more than three decades of litigation experience in multiple areas of practice to his clients. Richard is known for his exceptional trial advocacy skills, and his seasoned approach has resulted in him trying numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts.
Richard is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy in Boulder, Colorado. He has represented clients in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Richard has held the role of assistant instructor on trial practice at the University of Louisville Law School and has also lectured in the areas of electronic media, railroad crossing safety, design and manufacturing defect claims, and claims of bad faith made against insurance carriers.
