Biography
Ryan uses his broad experience litigating in both state and federal courts to represent clients in professional liability issues.
Ryan also has experience in labor and employment matters. He has handled administrative matters involving charges of discrimination, unfair labor practices, and OSHA enforcement, along with experience in employment-related claims and employer-employee relationships. He has also authored numerous articles on related topics.
Additionally, Ryan has researched legal issues and written memoranda for products liability, business litigation, tort and insurance, real estate, and tax issues. In addition, he has helped small business owners on matters like personnel policies, employee handbooks, and non-compete agreements to maximize business operations and strengthen employer-employee relationships.
