• Successfully litigated complex rule against perpetuities issue allegedly affecting area of mutual interest provision and the validity of overriding royalty interests in excess of $200 million. • Successfully litigated a multiple horizontal well, multi-million dollar, mineral trespass action in federal court to jury verdict on liability for bad faith trespass, settled before the damages phase of the trial.
