Derrick W. Bachman

Biography

Derrick Bachman helps clients manage their oil and gas assets in the Appalachian Basin through the creation of titles, division orders, and due diligence projects. Clients call on him for his meticulous organization, attention to detail, and counsel to make business decisions that grow their revenue and respective market share. Derrick takes pride in making copious amount of data digestible and comprehensible for his clients.

When he isn’t serving clients in the energy industry, Derrick is an active leader of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Western Pennsylvania Chapter. Over the course of a decade, he has volunteered his time organizing and participating in The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s signature events, including the Corporate Cup and 50 Finest. Derrick is a passionate ally and is proud to be part of the effort that has created tangible improvements in the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis.

Derrick is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee, responsible for recruiting and developing the next generation of lawyers. As the firm’s Pro Bono Coordinator, Derrick organizes and executes the firm’s key objectives in giving those in need access to justice while empowering colleagues to give back to their communities through their pro bono efforts.
