Key Experience

Advised oil and gas clients on title issues and curative actions and drafted related curative documents, including deeds, stipulations of interest, affidavits, probate filings, leases, lease amendments / modifications, assignments, etc.
Performed due diligence review of Seller and Purchaser documents for multimillion dollar acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets
Assisted in the drafting of various contracts and agreements effectuating large energy transactions, including letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, surface use agreements, etc.
